Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack With Care

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship To Depot

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized building materials.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
